Rifles, shotguns, and the Heirloom set

STRASSER RS14 WOTH Edition is a .243 Winchester rifle in the Heirloom Pack, matched with the Primacy Vision Deluxe 4-16x50 WOTH Edition scope. Primacy Superior 7700 MDT Oryx Chassis is the .270 Winchester Heirloom rifle. Christensen Arms Evoke, Merkel Helix Speedster, and CVA Cascade LRX are base-game rifles whose chamberings were not printed in the captured notes, so the spec column stays blank.

Shotguns arrived with Headquarters in Update 0.4.0: Merkel SxS 45E in 20 gauge and the Primacy Hunter pump in 12 gauge, plus the Primacy Long Range Choke. The Panther suppressor is a Primacy attachment on the official feature list. If a name is here, a store page, DLC app, or patch note named it.

ZEISS, night glass, and callers

Update 0.3.0 added ZEISS DTC 3/25 and 3/38 thermal clip-ons, ZEISS V8 1.8-14x50 and 2.8-20x56 riflescopes, and the ZEISS Conquest HDX 15x56 binocular. Those sit in the base game, not in a ZEISS DLC. Night Hunting Pack — free for Way of the Hunter 1 owners, $4.99 otherwise — adds Overgaard Night Hawk 4-16x binoculars, Overgaard Night Stalker 5-15x riflescope, and the ZOOMXD Blackout-NV collimator.

Primos callers on the 0.3.0 list are the Big Bucks rattling bag, Mountain Quail caller, and Hog Squealer. Thermal night vision and suppressors had already entered in Update 0.1. Use Headquarters’ range to try choke and clip-ons before a Kilimaya night hunt. Editions explains which pack you already own if you came from Early Access or the first game.

Which pack actually puts a gun in the cabinet

Base 1.0 already holds Christensen Evoke, Merkel Helix Speedster, CVA Cascade LRX, both shotguns, Primacy choke and suppressor, the ZEISS DTC/V8/Conquest set, and the three Primos callers. Heirloom adds the engraved STRASSER .243, matching 4-16x50, and the MDT .270 chassis. Night Hunting adds Overgaard binoculars, Overgaard 5-15x, and the ZOOMXD NV collimator.

Early Access and console pre-order owners get Heirloom without the $4.99. Way of the Hunter 1 owners get Night Hunting without the $4.99 plus 13% off the sequel. Deluxe does not duplicate those packs; it adds Season One’s later weapon packs and maps. If a caliber cell is blank, the public notes never printed it.

Sight-in at Headquarters. Hunt New Laurentia timber with the .243 Heirloom if you own it, or with Evoke and Helix if you do not. Take heavier glass to Kilimaya because lion and buffalo close. Thermal from 0.1 and ZEISS clip-ons from 0.3.0 are the night path, with Overgaard if you claimed the loyalty pack. Callers from Primos are the 0.3.0 bait, not a COTW import.

A range order that matches 1.0 notes

Start with whatever rifle you own: Evoke, Helix, Cascade, or the Heirloom STRASSER if it granted. Add ZEISS V8 if you want magnification the notes actually named. Clip a DTC for night. Pattern both shotguns with the Long Range Choke. Put Primos callers in the pack if you hunt deer, quail, or hogs.

Night Hunting Pack is the Overgaard and ZOOMXD trio, not a second thermal tree. Heirloom is the engraved .243 plus .270 chassis plus statue. Base 1.0 already has suppressors from 0.1. Empty spec cells stay empty: public notes never printed those chamberings.

Then leave the range. Kilimaya buffalo is not a Headquarters target. New Laurentia moose is not a statue. The compare filters exist so you can hide Night Hunting if you do not own it, or hide Heirloom if you skipped Early Access. Brand, type, and pack are the only three axes the records share.
